Mp3ListShellEx is Windows Explorer shell extension. It allows to easily build many types of playlist (wpl, b4s, m3u, pls) and mp3 list (htm, xml, xls, csv). To create list just select in your favorite file manager drive(s) or folder(s) with mp3 files and choose desired list type from context (right-click) menu
